Aberstone Community Services provides vital supports and services to people living with disabilities in the community. We are currently seeking applications for Support Workers to join our NDIS team operating in the central and northern suburbs of Perth. We are looking for passionate, casual or part-time workers, to support our participants living with physical, mental health and other coexisting disabilities.

Our Support Workers aim to assist Participants to achieve their goals, generally comprising of community connection, improved living, and medication management. We have day and evening shifts, as well as weekend work available. You will work alongside customers with varying support needs to provide tailored, person-centred services, and activities of their choice, which enable them to remain living in their own home, and connected to their local community.
